the final countdown

during this journey i have tackled many tasks to help myself and to make me a better person.  not only did i accomplish my goal of succeeding in beating insomnia i also did more to better myself along the way.  one major thing i did that everyone always wants to do but most average people can not is i quit smoking!!! this was the most challenging thing i have ever come across.  Although tough it was the best decision i had ever made.  another thing i had worked on is a diet.  i have dropped 5 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle since i started my training exercises.  this just goes to show that anything can be accomplished with the right mind set.

this has been a very great experience for me. not only has it changed my life but it has also helped me become a calmer and better person.  not only did i fix my problem with insomnia which i am proud to admit!! i also kicked the one and hardest habbit to quit which is smoking.  helping myself with cureing my insomnia inspired me to go that much further to make myself better.

slowly but surely

http://www.sleepeval.com/etiolo2.gif
this past week feels like months, i have been so drousy and droopy its not even funny.  although, i did find out some important information from my doctor.  insomnia is stress related, i am not a stressful person i am pretty laid back and just like to have fun so stress does not have any effect on my condition. Insomnia could become a medical condition if it is researched enough.  Stress is considered a medical condition now because of many hours trying to find out weather or not it is just in the patients head or if they really do have a problem.

my sleep pattern is getting a little more organized, i am now falling asleep around midnight which is still not where i need or want to be but progress is slowly but surely.

never thought i would be this tired!!!

hello quest followers,

my quest is slowly breaking me down.  my hours of over sleeping have drasticly reduced because i am waking up at 8:00 a.m. everyday and this is taking its toll on my body.  today is the first day i have ever fallen asleep in a class.

due to waking up early it is tireing my body out a lot faster then when i was use to sleeping in.  this is making me more tired so i am going to sleep earlier.  before i was going to sleep at like 4 a.m. and now it has shortened to about 2 a.m. which is a good thing.  other then being tired in class my body feels less groggy and more efficient.

lets see what else i am going to endure............

the beginning dom! dom! dom!.......

doubledoublevision.blogspot.com/2008/11/dont-...
today was the first day of my thirty day quest.  last night i went to bed at 10:00 p.m., i did not fall asleep till 3:00 A.m. i litterally layed in my bed tossing and turning trying and hopeing to finally fall asleep but it never came.  I set my alarm for 7:00 a.m. and that part i did succeed in.  My body is currently running off of four hours of sleep. I feel as though i cant keep my eyes open to save my life and my body feels like a thousand pounds.  maybe i will see some more improvement...
